La Manga benefits from a sheltered position near the sea, giving it a milder and more even climate than most of Spain. While the summer temperature is mostly around 30oC, the winter temperature is rarely below 15oC, making outdoor pursuits very pleasant. The temperature is much higher than in the UK all-year round.
