From 1st Nov 09 we are offering a long-term let for only 1000 Euros per month.
For a better deal, if you sign up for a 6 month let from 1st Nov 2009 until 30th April 2010, we will reduce this price to only 950 Euros per month, a total of 5700 Euros for the full 6 months with monthly payments in advance, giving you a saving of 300 Euros on the let.
Better still, if you are in a position to pay upfront for the whole 6 month let, we are prepared to reduce the overall price to just 5400 Euros, an extra saving of 300 Euros.
