Los Olivos Complex

Situated at the centre of La Manga Club lies the Los Olivos apartment complex, which is set into the hillside in stunning communal gardens. The complex offers spectacular panoramic views of the South Golf course, lemon groves and the Mar Menor, La Manga's inland sea.

Los Olivos complex is arguably the most popular community within the whole of La Manga Club. It is the most centrally-located in the resort and thus offers easy access to the whole Club, for tennis, golf, shopping and eating-out. Most amenities are literally within a few minutes walking distance.

The complex sits on a quiet road running through the Club, opposite the tennis centre and adjacent to the Par 47 pitch-and-putt.

Los Olivos features two magnificent outdoor swimming outdoor pools (shown). There is also a heated indoor 25 meter pool (one of only two in La Manga), with gym, jacuzzi and sauna, for the exclusive use of residents and guests.

Living Areas

The living/dining room is open-plan and very spacious. The décor is light and contemporary and is complemented by a real marble floor. The furniture is tasteful, including black leather 2- and 3-seater sofas, coffee table, rug and 21” TV complete with Sky (approx 50 channels). A DVD player is also provided along with a selection of DVDs for guest use.

The dining area features an extendable dining table with seating for 6, together with a long dresser.

The kitchen is extremely-well stocked with all the equipment you would normally have at home. It is fitted with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. There is ample crockery, utensils and glasses for 6 or more.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom is nicely furnished, featuring a king-size bed, bedside cabinets and matching chest of drawers in dark chocolate style wood. There is ample built-in wardrobe space tucked away leading to a large, well-appointed en-suite bathroom. A TV with Sky reception is also provided.

The second bedroom is tastefully decorated in soothing cream colours. It may be used as a double or two single beds on request when booking. It comes with bedside cabinets, dressing table and plenty of built-in wardrobe space.

The third bedroom is furnished in a stunning red-green combination. It features two single beds, bedsides and plenty of hanging space in matching built-in wardrobes, a good place to store suitcases during your visit.

The main and ensuite bathrooms are large and each have a bath, double vanity sinks, hair dryer, etc. While the main bathroom has a luxury shower unit in the bath itself, the ensuite benefits from a large walk-in shower cubicle.

Balcony

The balcony area is spacious and very private, with walls on both sides shielding you from your neighbours. It features a round, glass table with seating for six, plus two sunloungers.

On one side is a cupboard housing a tumble dryer and storage items. On the other side is a barbecue area complete with grill, should you wish to enjoy some Al Fresco dining on your balcony on a sunny day or a warm, sultry evening!

The view from the balcony is of the main swimming pool (shown). This is very handy for those with children who wish to keep a eye on things, or even just to enjoy the fun ! The pool is staffed by a lifeguard in the summer months.
